Access to the alpha is by invitation. Create your account with the email address your Riven contact invited, then open the invitation link to unlock search, shortlists and briefs.

How it works for brands
Riven is not a job board and not an influencer database. It is the operating workflow for hiring a specialist who runs your own channels — from first search to an accountable response.

Search specialists by location and niche. Results come from public professional profiles; guests only ever see masked previews without contact details.

Shortlist and brief
Keep candidates in a workspace shortlist and write a structured brief: goals, channels, content formats, volume, language, dates and budget range.

Invite
Send tracked invitations. A specialist who has not claimed their profile yet receives a secure link and must prove ownership before they can answer.

Ownership
Specialists prove they control the Instagram account behind the profile. That is the one thing Riven checks — not skill, availability, pricing or conduct.

Respond
A specialist answers your brief once they have proved they control the account. Every step stays timestamped and auditable in your workspace.
What Riven checked, and what it did not
Riven checks one thing about a specialist: that the person managing a profile controls the account it is about. Everything else on the page carries its own source and the date it was read, so you can weigh it yourself. Riven does not rate, rank or recommend anybody, and no marker on a profile can be bought.
These are the only two markers you will see. There is no third one, no grade in between, and nothing an admin can award.
Ownership verified means one thing: the person managing this profile proved they control the Instagram account shown. Riven checked ownership, not quality.
It is not a recommendation, not a rating, and not a guarantee of the work. Riven does not vet skill, availability, pricing or conduct, and verifying an account is not an endorsement of the person behind it.
Nobody has proved they control the account this profile is about. Riven assembled it from public professional information.
Later, a Proven on Riven signal will be earned only through completed engagements with delivery evidence. It is not part of the alpha.
For specialists
Received an invitation from a brand? Claiming your profile is free, and so is verification, negotiation and every later engagement on Riven. Your ranking is never sold.
- Open the link from your invitation email. Sign in or create an account, then follow the claim steps — the link works for your profile only.
- Prove ownership. Put the one-time code in your Instagram bio; a Riven reviewer confirms it and your profile becomes Claimed.
- Add your details. Services, portfolio, languages and availability sit on your profile with the date you added them, labelled as yours. Riven never asks you to upload identity documents.
- Respond to briefs. Accept, decline or ask questions from your invitations page.
Don't want to be listed?
Riven assembles unclaimed profiles from eligible public professional information only. You can ask for a correction, a suppression or a removal at any time — no account needed. Approved removals apply to search, shortlists, invitations, exports and future refreshes.
Privacy and data handling
Public professional data is handled with the same care as account data. This is how the alpha works today.
- Sources
- Public Instagram professional profiles found through web search. The source and retrieval time of every field are recorded.
- What guests see
- Masked previews only — no handles, emails or websites. Small result sets are hidden so nobody can be singled out.
- Who sees more
- Invited alpha users with a confirmed email address, inside an authenticated workspace. Profile pages are never indexed by search engines during the alpha.
- Your control
- Correction, suppression and removal requests are reviewed by a person, applied immediately on approval, and logged immutably.
